I apologize for being away so long! I've gotten some inquiries regarding shipping notices that were sent out on Oct.19 (and perhaps a few from the 18th). Because I'm not shipping packages every day due to order volume and increased "paperwork" this time around (shipping refunds, etc.), there may be 2-3 days lag from the time you receive your CNS to the time it is physically dropped off at the post office, and some of the orders processed on the 19th may have been sent out a day or two later than that, due to an oversight on my part. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience or worry that this has caused.
My main priority was to get everyone their shipping refunds (especially for multiple orders) as quickly as I could- some were completed beforehand (if you contacted me to let me know), but most were done at the time of packing so that I could get an actual shipping weight. This process took quite a bit longer than I anticipated, and therefore I wasn't able to get packages out every day.
As always, I am responsible for all packages in transit, and for ensuring your satisfaction after you have received it, so please don't be concerned if your think your order may be lost or overlooked.
I want to thank you all, truly, for your understanding when I hit a snag like this with shipping.

YOU ARE WONDERFUL. Do not fret. We'd crawl to the ends of the Earth for any of these products (as far as I know, I'm speaking for most of us, heh). Every single item is worth the wait.
