Hi, I ordered just 1 lip balm (first time to order :D) and received a refund for (international) shipping overage, but didn't receive a separate email saying my order has shipped. Does the refund mean it's shipped? My email is idalorena@gmail.com. Thanks!

Yes, your order shipped- the shipping program I use doesn't process an email notification every once in a awhile, I think. I'll send you a manual notification just in case you don't see this. Thank you for your order!

I wish I was able to have more shop openings, but for right now, I'm only able to do a few a year, with a limited amount of products. In the future, I hope to have smaller, more frequent sales, which I think will be easier for me to handle, and better for customers, who will have more opportunities to shop! I'll keep you updated. :)
