Thank you all for your orders, and nice emails, too! The shop will remain open for a few more days, for those who may have missed the "grand opening". :D

Now some important business! I wanted to post a reminder about shipping times and combining orders. etc. As I mentioned in earlier posts and the newsletter, the order processing time for this sale is 6-8 weeks. I do plan to work as quickly as I can to process orders, but I just needed that buffer this time to finish up some products (I offered a larger amount of products this time around) and make sure that shipping goes smoothly. As I get better at handling large volume sales, my TAT will decrease, but thank you for understanding while it is still at the longer 6-8 week processing.

I know that some of you are new customers who may have stumbled upon the sale, so if you would like more information about my shipping times or anything else, please email me at HauntSoap@gmail.com.

I'll be processing the lip balm-only orders first, and will hopefully have them all out next week.

When I pack your order, you will receive a notification from me with a tracking number, and you can expect your package to be dropped off at the post office within 2 business days of the notification. I'll combine all multiple orders that I come across, and refund the shipping, as well as shipping overages on single orders.

International orders will be invoiced for actual (least expensive) shipping charges. If you wish to upgrade your shipping to a traceable service (Priority or Express mail), please let me know, and I'll get the rates for you.
