Thank you all for your orders, and nice emails, too! The shop will remain open for a few more days, for those who may have missed the "grand opening". :D
Now some important business! I wanted to post a reminder about shipping times and combining orders. etc. As I mentioned in earlier posts and the newsletter, the order processing time for this sale is 6-8 weeks. I do plan to work as quickly as I can to process orders, but I just needed that buffer this time to finish up some products (I offered a larger amount of products this time around) and make sure that shipping goes smoothly. As I get better at handling large volume sales, my TAT will decrease, but thank you for understanding while it is still at the longer 6-8 week processing.
I know that some of you are new customers who may have stumbled upon the sale, so if you would like more information about my shipping times or anything else, please email me at HauntSoap@gmail.com.
I'll be processing the lip balm-only orders first, and will hopefully have them all out next week.
When I pack your order, you will receive a notification from me with a tracking number, and you can expect your package to be dropped off at the post office within 2 business days of the notification. I'll combine all multiple orders that I come across, and refund the shipping, as well as shipping overages on single orders.
International orders will be invoiced for actual (least expensive) shipping charges. If you wish to upgrade your shipping to a traceable service (Priority or Express mail), please let me know, and I'll get the rates for you.

Domestic orders should be $10 total, and lip balm- only orders are $1.50. If you are charged something different than that, let me know right away! HauntSoap@gmail.com

International orders have a zero (0.00) shipping charge, and will be invoiced later for the correct shipping. However, lip balms have an international rate of either 2.50 (Canada), or 4.00 (everywhere else). So, if you place an international order with lip balms and other products in one order, you will receive an invoice for the difference when your package ships. Please contact me with any questions.
I'm sorry for the confusion! Still trying to figure out the best way to do this whole shipping thing.

I'm still loading products onto Big Cartel (first time using it- I'm still getting used to it!)- when I reopen at 9:00 pm ET, I will have several more products to offer, including my main line of lusts, scrubs, glosses, soaps and a few more Winter goodies. Thank you!

I'm so sorry about the confusion happening right now! I chose a really bad time to get SICK, sick sick, and I'm really lagging behind. I'll be opening the preview shop at about 4:00 pm ET today (Dec.9) at www.Haunt.bigcartel.com. THE ACTUAL SALE TIME WILL STILL BEGIN AT 9:00 pm ET! Don't be worried when I open for the preview and everything appears sold out.
You'll notice that ALL of my packaging is new, and I've been trying to get the new pictures done and everything uploaded this week, and I guess my body decided it was a good time to attack me with an illness. :) Thank you for bearing with me, again.
I'll try to answer emails as I can today- I know some of you are getting concerned about what is going on around here, with good reason!

Big Cartel preview
Hi everyone!
I'm trying to get everything finished up with the Big Cartel shop so I can open up for your perusing delight. :) I've been sick for a few days, so I'm still chugging along adding product photos and descriptions. I may not open for the preview until much later this evening (ET Dec. 8), but I'll keep the preview open until the evening of Dec. 9, when I'll close briefly to fill quantities, and then open again for shopping! Thank you!

snow queens and other wintry things
Hi everyone!
The winter sale is finally here!
The opening date will be Thursday, December 9, at 9:00 pm ET. PLEASE NOTE!!! The location of the sale will be at WWW.HAUNT.BIGCARTEL.COM. I'll be opening the shop sometime on Wednesday Dec. 8 so that you can peek around, but no items can be bought at that time (they will show as "sold out"). Then, on Thursday, I'll fill quantities, and open up the doors! At least that's my plan... I haven't sold on Big Cartel yet, so hopefully it will run smoothly! :D For those unfamiliar with Big Cartel: you can just add items to your cart as you normally would on any website, and then check out through PayPal.
I wanted to make shipping rates a little easier to deal with for this sale, but I think until my own website is set up (coming soon!), I'm going to have to continue with flat rate shipping. The shipping rate for domestic orders will again be $10, and I will refund any shipping overages. If you place more than one order, I will combine them and refund the difference, but this will be done at the time your package actually ships, so please keep this in mind.
International customers will be invoiced separately for shipping costs, so everyone can use the shopping cart system this time! International orders will show a 0.00 charge for shipping at checkout.
I know this is a tricky time of year for everyone, so I have no idea if this will be a blow-out or a steady flow kind of sale, so I'll stay open as long as I have stock to offer. I'll be offering much of my main line, as well as some delightful new winter goodies.
