I wanted to get a quick post in to let you know that I will be taking the next few days to answer your emails, as I see I have quite a few! Please don't worry if you have a pressing order issue- I am making emails a priority and will get to them all as quickly as I can!
Thank you all so much for participating in the sale tonight! I hope that it went smoothly! I know that a few of you lost items in your carts- I'm sorry that this happens sometimes! I'm hoping that once I move onto my main website (next Fall?), this won't be an issue. Once I get into the emails and see what the issues are, I'll try my best to resolve what I can.
I'll keep the shop open until everything is gone, which looks like perhaps a day or two more, for those of you who may like to shop for a few Haunt classics! :D

Ah, shoot---now that you've made a blog post mentioning that you'd combine orders, I feel silly about the email I sent you during the sale asking that! Sorry it added on to your probably already massive pile of emails.
I'm sorry, Kathleen! With each sale I have, new issues arise that I am trying to address! I'm trying to reach a nice middle ground as far as products being offered, and TAT. I promise that this will get better!
I will plan on doing an overstock sale after I get the orders finished from this sale, for those who may have missed out.

I think your biggest "issue" is that you have too many loyal fans. I don't know about the rest of these fabulous people, but I descend on each sale like a rabid hyena. :) :) You really have to do your homework and be there right when the shop opens if you want a slice of Haunty goodness. Sitting at home hitting "refresh" every half minute until the shop comes up is a small price to pay, says I. A small price.

Agreed with Julianna! If you are diligent and ready to go before the shop opens, and know what you're after, it's not so hard to snag at least a few goodies. But perhaps these quick updates take practice (I'm used to this in the yarn/fiber world though). Personally I'm excited about the shorter TAT so I can enjoy the summer goodies while it's still summer, and will look forward to more updates in the future - regardless of TAT.
Also Erin, I noticed a comment you made somewhere about bringing Beckoning back in the fall/winter, just wanted to let you know it's such a unique and awesome scent - def. my favorite of the winter line, and I'd be very happy to see it return!

The sad truth is that I DO know about refreshing but was still not able to snag the soaps or lip lust whereas my daughter was. We were on the phone and both started shopping the minute it opened - she got all she wanted, I got none. My daughter, being the loving person she is, offered to cut her soaps in half to share with me but I will wait until the next sale and THIS time I will not let anyone else know about it! Maybe then I will be the lucky one!
All the soaps were claimed within 30 seconds and they all sold out after 30 min. I logged in the moment the sale went live, and was unable to buy a single soap in any scent. It is clearly the most coveted of your products, and I'm no exception.

I absolutely understand the frustration of not getting what you wanted, or anything at all. I know how much effort is put into the plotting, waiting, refreshing, etc. for these smaller sales! It's part of the fun, but can be disappointing as well. I actually ended up adding a few units to the Summer polishes, perfumes and glosses when I saw how quickly they were going, so I hope that helped a few of you out!
The Halloween sale will bring much bigger quantities and variety of product- I only had a few choices in each category for this sale.
I am still planning on an overstock sale, if I have any, once I finish up the orders. I'll keep everyone posted here.
