update 1/31

Hi everyone!
I'm hoping to finish up the orders this week- I still have quite a few left, but I'm working hard to get them done. I was thinking that I'd have more multiple orders than I did, as normally I have more of these than singles, but the majority of the orders are single this time (which increases the number of physical packages). I'm really glad many of you were able to get what you wanted without having to make multiple orders! I appreciate your emails letting me know that the buying experience was better for you. Hopefully this will continue to improve as I move onto my own website in the future.

I've fallen a bit behind with emails again, so I'm trying to get caught up there this week as well. I'm making this update short and sweet so I can get back to work- please email me if you'd like more information! info@HauntSoap.com. Thank you, again!

Hi everyone!
Thank you all for your patience, again, as I continue to work through orders. I'm going to need every last minute of my stated 6-8 week processing time because of the amount and size of orders, and time involved with processing each one. I know it's an excruciatingly long wait time! About 90% of the orders are from Dec.9th, so it's been hard to give updates on where I'm at- I know this makes it difficult to wait. Please be assured that every minute that I have available I am working on getting your packages out to you. Hi everyone!
I'm still working on the December 9th orders (the majority of the orders placed), but should be able to get a good chunk of them processed this weekend while I have help with the wee one here at home. :) Thank you, again, for waiting through this long TAT time for me. I offered almost as much product for the Winter sale as I did for Halloween, and still had quite a bit of it to make still (because of the time it took me to ship Halloween orders, I couldn't get everything made in time for winter). I'm grateful to all of you for being so kind and patient.

Just a reminder as you receive your shipping notices- please allow (a possible) two business days from the shipping notice date for your package to physically be dropped off at the post office. I can't do post office drop-offs daily, but I do process and pack orders everyday, so there may be a little overlap. Hopefully this will give you a good idea of when to expect your package!

Happy New Year and update!

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday, and are looking forward to the New Year!

A quick update on the Winter sale: I need to finish a few products, and then I'm going to begin shipping packages sometime next week. I'll still be working under my original TAT of 6-8 weeks, to allow the time needed to process each order properly. I do hope that this will be my last sale with such a long turnaround, and thank you all, again, for allowing me the time to make your packages extra special.
