I'm working on April 14-18 orders now. All of the April 10-13 orders shipped out on Monday 27th, except for a few that I needed to make products for, which shipped Tuesday 28th. I'm working as quickly as I can to get caught up, especially since I know some orders may contain Mother's Day gifts.

shipping schedule
Hi everyone!

some changes...
Hi everyone!
I have been thinking long and hard the past few months about the best way to continue with Haunt. As my business grows, I'm finding that it's becoming harder and harder to provide the kind of customer service that I would expect from other companies. My turnaround time is becoming longer and longer, and I think that instead of continuing to stretch it out any further, I'm going to be closing the Etsy shop to everyday sales, starting in June (I'll provide a date later). I'll open for seasonal and limited edition products, for Halloween, Christmas, spring etc., but will be closed the remainder of the time. My products will continue to be available to you at several locations on a regular basis (please see www.HauntSoap.com). I hope that this change will allow me to expand my line to include the things I've had to put off due to time constraints, like lotions, creams, and haircare. So, I'll give this new setup a try, and hope that it works out for everyone.
I've been asked if I will announce when the Etsy shop openings will be, and the answer is yes. I'll post to this blog, as well as my main website and the Etsy shop homepage.
** I want to add that my decision to close is about my family's needs. I am extremely grateful for every customer that I have served, and don't want anyone to think that they have caused me any stress or anxiety at all by ordering from me!

shipping schedule
I thought that I would start giving updates on where I'm at with shipping orders. I just finished the late March orders over the weekend, and shipped them out April 13. Right now I'm working on April 1-6, and will be shipping them out April 13-15. I welcome any order inquiry or any other questions you may have!

Happy Anniversary!
Hello friends!
Thank you all so very much for a wonderful first year online! It's been a great experience getting to know many of you, and I'm thrilled that my products have brought a bit of happiness to so many of you as well.
I'll be releasing some Spring/Summer scents in early May- just in time for Autumn! hehe
Yes, I know I'm behind the game a bit, but I think there will still be plenty of time for slathering yourselves in fruity, tropical concoctions before the cool weather sets in again. I'm adding a few perfumes to my line today, and will continue to add more as I have them ready, throughout the year, as well as limited editions for holiday seasons.
